Hi,
I am unable to run the premium tools. I have installed the Lansweeper on my machine (machine Name: Amogh.vndomain.com). When I try to run a premium tool for example "Remote control" (or anything for that matter)it opens a command prompt screen
which says Access denied and rests in the firefox install directory.
Also note, when I click on the premium tool link in Lansweeper it ponts to this location => javascript:runApp('\\\\AMOGH\\lansweeper$\\lsremote%20CR1','true');
Could you tell me how can I get this working ??
Regards
Amogh

Normally "C:\Program Files\Lansweeper\Actions\" is shared as "lansweeper$"
can you run this command manually (from the command prompt):

yeah. That is how it is. and I access lansweeper using domain\admin.
and a strange thing is that the location of the app shows as => javascript:runApp('\\\\AMOGH\\lansweeper$\\lsremote%20CR1','true');
but when I go to check the apps, they are installed at C:\Program Files\Lansweeper\Actions\
now thats wrong.. isnt it ?
