Cannot use remote control on Lansweeper

Hi,

I want to use the remote control on Lansweeper but currently my user don't have administrator right on computer so I got error when I try to connect with remote control. I don't want to give them the administrator right but I want to use the remote control feature on LanSweeper. Any body have a solution to that issue?

Thanks for the suggestion I didn't know about the MS remote Assistance and it can be a nice option for what I want to do.

What about using MS Offer Remote Assistance instead of LS' remote control?

The user does have to have administrative privileges on the client. There is no way around this unfortunately.
