Reset password scripts

Where can I get the .vbs scripts for reset password and unlock user and password change allowed?

Newest Lansweeper Version (UPGRADE Grayed Out)

I just downloaded the lastes version, I ran the setup.exe to upgrade our version like I have done with all previous updates, but when I get the choice to upgrade or reinstall, the "upgrade" option is grayed out. Any ideas?
