Computer Description Not Updating

Running latest 4.0 build - have all wait times set to 0, have option checked to refresh computer details. Computer Descriptions are not updating - any tip on how I can resolve this?

OK so on the action screen of my laptop, for example, it does list the right details -

FQDN: SPR-IT-LT03.domain.com
Description: Derek Rose
OU: OU=Windows Vista, OU=Workstations, DC=domain, DC=com

But, when you view the "Computers in Domain" link from the left hand side of the main screen, the description for my laptop is empty - as is most of the others. Either empty or with very old info.

Is your service running?
Can you verify the last scanned dates for all items for the affected computers.
