I am premium user of the latest version and I have the problem that some machines do not perform the scans correctly and I get the following message:

"Computer is not yet scanned."

as I solve this?

My database has grown to 40,412MB in size as well. This seems very large to me with about 5000-6000 computers ni our network. Are tehre some AD options or scanning options that I can change to reduce this? The website is getting to be so slow it is frustrating.

Yes, I saw that the database "lansweeperdb" has grown to 4562,44 MB.
We have about 450 devices, so it seems to me
that it was too large size of database.
What to do to reduce the size of the database.

We have a same problem on 5 computers.

This problem was caused by the database that was full.

Did you try a full rescan of the client (lstrigger)
