I have turned on a the Option "Permantly delete computers after 45 days". When I go in and look it does not seem to be working. Computers are not being deleted from my data database after 45 days. Any ideas?

To upgrade, download the latest installer, it will detect the old installation and will ask to upgrade.

Am I able to upgrade right over my current version? Where can I find upgrade instructions?

Ok. I am on 4.0.0.21. I will perform an upgrade and then see if they are removed after that.

In the lansweeper\service folder, right click lansweeperservice.exe and choose properties.

You need to look at the version of lansweeperservice.exe

I am on Version 4.0.0.106.
I made this change a week ago and I still have computers in my database they have not been seen in over 45 days.

1) make sure you have the latest lansweeper version (service 4.0.0.40 or higher)
2) the job runs every 24 hours.
