Computers not seen in the last 30 days

I have a Premium version. Autoscan is enabled and i still see that computers are not being scanned. Every day i see more and more computers in "not seen in the last 30 days" report. All these computers are on line. Is there anything I set up wrong?

Looks like you didn't fill in the domain netbios name.

Could you please post:

1) Your lansweeperservice.exe version
2) screenshots of your active scanning configuration (all tabs)
3) an extract of your errorlog.txt file.
