Computers show up but with red color

Hello everyone,

My first post, need help.

We have purchased this Lansweeper software and after 2 days of efforts we are not able to use it. With the premium software which does not require a lansweeper client on desktops, we scanned our network and are facing following issues :
1. Is there any way of scanning only a sub OU we tried but it did not work and it still scans the whole AD Forest. Our domain is corp.azadea.intra so we gave “OU=X\Y, dc=Z, dc=intra” but still it scans all objects in the forest.

2. Is there an option of scanning with ip-range.

1) could you post screenshots of what exactly was filled in on the screens, please also provide a screenshot of the active directory users & computers (the OU that you want to scan)

2) This will be possible in next version (4.0)
