connect to active directory

Hello

I have some Problems with lansweeper

When it is scanning it gives me only 1 in my active directory we almost have 450 users. the one is my own pc name.

before removing it an re install it dont gave me the name of the user names like an old filter :
Displayname Department Title Username Userdomain

but now nothing only one computer

can anyone help please

Could you please clarify your question. Are you having trouble scanning computers or users? Which Lansweeper license do you own? Note that the freeware version of Lansweeper only supports scanning with the LsClient scanning method. No other scanning methods are supported: http://www.lansweeper.com/kb/7/how-to-scan.html
