Hi all,
I have searched this forum for an answer before I posted this but I have yet to find one. I have three machines that have one of the following errors: cannot ping;RPC server unavailable. I have checked the com services, DNS, reverse DNS, WMI, the firewall is disabled, etc. What I find strange is that while Lansweeper finds errors, the connection tester finds all of the computers OK. I'm not sure what's up. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Hi,
It was a total of only 3. But I fixed it. The only thing I did was reload the lsclient.exe file again and then everything worked great. Thanks for you help!

The ping errors can be caused by high latency (the ping checks are removed in the next version because of this)
If the connection tester is ok, the most common problem is the reverse dns lookup resolving to a wrong host name.
How many computers in total are affected by this?
