Version (4.1 beta Trial, but same problem om 4.0 Trial).

The following issue exists on Windows 7. Everything works well on Windows XP and Windows 2000.


Prerequisite:
- Local Windows 7 pc has the same username/password as on our Windows XP.
- Windows 7 WMI configured as documented in Knowledgebase.
- The Lansweeper server can inventory Windows 7 PC without any problem.
- IP range scanning (one pc, 10.111.0.72-10.111.0.72).
- Firewall disabled.

Issue:
I cannot execute any actions to the Windows 7 pc.
Running "Test connection" gives me the WMI known errors. However, if I manually enters the alternative credential, "Test Connection" passes.

Fail:
It seems like a credential problem, but I fail to see whats wrong ?!?!

The actions run in the context of the user browsing the web interface.
They run exactly the same as if you were starting "lsremote" manually from your workstation.

The catch was the webuser (me) not being member of the local administrator group on the target pc. After this was applied, it works
