We are premium user and we have recently upgraded from 3.2 to 3.5. Also, we have enabled Active Scanning on OU based. For some days it worked well and suddenly it stopped. After checking errorlog.txt file, I found multiple entries... few are below.
The specified string parameter is empty.
Parameter name: name
at System.DirectoryServices.ActiveDirectory.DirectoryContext..ctor(DirectoryContextType contextType, String name)
at LansweeperService.mdlActivescanning.ActiveScan()
Cannot connect to database, check your config file, will try again in 1 minute
A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the login process. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - The specified network name is no longer available.)

Can someone help me to resolve this issue, I am able to connect to database properly through SQL.
