Hi,
I had last week to run a "Sysprep" command on the computer which was running our Lansweeper premium software.
Since that day, we can not connect anymore to the Lansweeper database. When trying to start the "configuration utility", we are getting the error message "[dbnetlib][connectionopen (connect()) .] sql server does not exist or access denied"
What can I do to get Lansweeper working again ?
Thanks & Regards,
Philippe

Thanks for your prompt reply.
I managed to find out the reason of this issue. The windows account used by the "SQL Service" was not any more valid, I had to re-enter it.
Case closed !
Thanks,
Philippe

Could you try logging into your SQL Server instance through SQL Server Management Studio.
Could you also verify that the name of your server is still up-to-date in your Lansweeper configuration files. These files are:
- Program Files\Lansweeper\Service\Lansweeperservice.exe.config
- Program Files\Lansweeper\Website\web.config
