Deduct/subtract licenses

Hi Folks,

I want to be able to add a line to the Orders on a piece of software and subtract licenses. I don;t want to just delete the order as this removes the record that the licenses were there before.

Is this possible. I tried adding a minus number of licenses to the box, but it wouldn't let me.

We recommend setting #Licenses to 0 and adding a note to the Comments field to indicate how many licenses the order used to have.
