We installed Lansweeper 5.0 on a new server from scratch with a brand new DB. We have Lansweeper 4.0 installed on an old server and we have some customized reported created in Lansweeper4.0. How can we export/import the customized reports from Lansweeper4.0 to Lansweeper 5.0?
You cannot. You would have to manually convert the reports. Ideally, you would upgrade your existing 4.0 installation to 5.0 so any custom reports are automatically upgraded to 5.0.
