Engaged Sweeper III
I use ip range scanning for devices and things were working ok up until some time ago. Now I have 77 devices that are not getting scanned (either that or it is not updating the last seen date).

I can ping the devices that are no longer showing up (from the server). I can run the device tester (from the server) and that works fine on each device.

The report I'm using is a canned report: Device: Not seen in the last 30 days

Can you help?

Please contact us at support@lansweeper.com and provide us with screenshots of the following:
- Your web console landing page. (Click on the Lansweeper logo in the top left corner of the web console.)
- Your settings in the configuration console under Scanning Servers\Your Server\IP Range Scanning.
- Lansweeper webpage of one device that you believe is not updating.
- A connection test performed from the Lansweeper server to the same device using the Devicetester.exe.
