The way i have created my help desk is with drop down menus. When the user select content form the first drop down menu (Ticket types) they get a second drop down menu with custom field i have added.
I am trying to create a rule where when an email comes in from a certain email address or a subject line i want it to assign it to a specific ticket type and then assign it to a custom field under that ticket type.
Is this possible??
