Dual Screens remote control

Most of my users have two screens , single graphic card, and when I use the remote control I only get 1 screen up.

I looked through old posts and found some that are 2-3 years old. And they gave me no answers.


Would like some help with getting that 2nd screen up when I remote control.


My users enviroment is a mixture of Win XP 32bit and Win 7 64 bit.

When you've connected to a computer using the Remote Control tool, you can hit the “Select Full Desktop/Switch Monitor” button. It’s the second one from the right. This will allow you to switch screens.
