Dubble PC on the Network Scan

Hello,
i'm testing in evaluation Lansweeper.
I have configured a workgroup account and the domain accont too, but when lansweeper start the netscan found a dubble pcs on the net.
Example
1) DOMAIN\PC1 ( ok )
2) \PC1 ( error )

The error is : Error: WMI access denied

Access is denied 0x80070005 (PC1.DOMAIN.it, PC1, 192.168.156.23) Scanned by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM

Second Examle :
In the the IP Location Overview I see this :

PC1 192.168.128.151 Not scanned
PC1 192.168.128.151 Win XP DOMAIN 2011-10-25 11:21

Could you send screenshots of the computer webpages for the double entries (DOMAIN\PC1 and \PC1) to support@lansweeper.com?
Please also send us a screenshot of your scanning credentials under Scanning Options\Scanning Credentials.

What is the version number of your LansweeperService.exe? You can find it in Program Files\Lansweeper\Service.

Which scanning methods are you using? Active Scanning, Workgroup Scanning, IP Range Scanning and/or Scheduled Scanning?

We have 1300 PCs and 110 Servers and we are testing the application on the net but we have these problems.
