I recently decided to start setting up e-mail alerts, however, they do not seem to work. I have attached a screenshot of my settings. I have tried three different SMTP servers as well. If I click to send the report now, nothing happens. Is there a log somewhere about why this might be failing?

This was fixed. Firewall was blocking port 465 outbound.

Could you do the following to help us troubleshoot:
• Stop the Lansweeper service.
• Delete the Errorlog.txt file found in Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Service.
• In the Lansweeperservice.exe.config file set debug to “1”. You can find this file in Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Service.
• Restart the Lansweeper service.
• Hit the Mail Selected Reports Now button under Configuration\Reports & Alerts\Email Alerts.
• Wait for a while and then send a link to this forum thread and the new Errorlog.txt file that was generated to support@lansweeper.com
