I am using the enterprise edition of VNC and would like to use it from LAN Sweeper. I put in the file path of C:\Program Files\RealVNC\VNC4\vncviewer.exe. which is where the program is installed. The command line is as follows:
c:\program files\RealVNC\VNC4\vncviewer.exe {computer}

When I click VNC from the Lan Sweeper interface I get an "Error: File not found" dialog box even though the file exists at that location.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest copying vncviewer.exe to a shared folder so everyone could access it.

It took a little while for the light to come on but observing the path made me remember that I am running 64 bit Windows 7. I have included a screen shot should other encounter this issue. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I am also coming up for renewal on the 10th of July. What steps do I need to take renew my license? Thanks again.

Please upload or mail:
-screenshot of the webpage with the actions opened on your computer hovered over the vnc action.
-Your windows explorer open on your computer with the path to the vnc file.

You are sure that this file exists on the computer where you use the webbrowser?
(not on the server)

I'm not sure you understand the question.
Is vnc installed on the computer where you browse to the lansweeper site.

I have tried with and without quotes. I have attached a screen print showing it.

Did you place quotes around "c:\program files\RealVNC\VNC4\vncviewer.exe"
