Find if UAC is activated or not.

I would like to know if it's possible to find out if UAC (User Account Control) is activated or not on a Windows 7 machine.

You may be able to report on this by scanning the registry key mentioned here.
In workgroups, UAC must be turned off anyway though in order to scan the machines.
