First off thanks to the Lansweeper team my upgrade went off flawlessly! One of the reasons I upgraded was to use the Firefox plugin but it appears as though I may be stuck in IE with this product a while longer. I'm using authentication on IIS/Lansweeper and using our domain credentials as the challenge (Been working since 3.2 this way and still works fine in IE.) I did the upgrade as instructed and everything came back online as it should, I can still log into the web console from IE using my domain credentials but if I try to access it in Firefox (now that the plugin is installed) I just get the challenge screen over and over. I've tried many variations on our domain username (user@domain.local, user, user@domain.tld, etc) but to no avail. If I cancel the dialog box enough times I see the web console sans the images (seems like it wants me to authenticate for each for some reason 😛 ) and if I try clicking anything I get the usual access denied error you'd expect for an unauthorized user. Any ideas guys? I'd love to use firefox but with the amount of naughty monkeys around this place I'm not willing to remove the authentication. Once again thanks for a great upgrade to a great product 😄

Nope even using DOMAIN\user doesn't work

You should try "domain\username" to log on.

Thanks for the tip but still no love here. Also how does this work? I got the impression that it shouldn't even prompt me but it's still prompting me and failing.

Did this issue was already there before the 3.5.1 upgrade?

I'm afraid I don't have an answer for you as I never really did any testing in Firefox before this plugin was availible. I did access the web console just after the initial 3.2 install but before I had locked down IIS and it worked fine there (other than the scripts obviously) but this problem seems to have more to do with firefox authenticating to Lansweeper than a web console issue proper 😛
