Hi
I was testing out the monitor serial number functionality and I get the message that it's only available to premuim users. The message also appears on the events and product keys pages.
I have entered my reg code, restarted lansweeper service and the service but I still get the message.

You are not going to believe this but each time I clicked on the internet explorer button in windows 7 it just opened a new tab in IE.
Only after closing IE completely did I get a new session and now the stuff is correct.
I'm sorry for the run around.

Maybe a stupid question but did you close/restarted your browser after applying the license key?

In table tsysconfig is a field "scanstatus"
