We have GateProtect Products in use and scan them via SNMP.
For the most, this works. The devices are scaned and SNMP network information ist stored. But some of the information ist missting. For example some IP addresses.
I'll attach a screenshot form Lansweeper to show that
An SNMP walk of the GateProtect (OID for Interfaces) results in:
# snmpwalk -v 2c -c public 192.168.9.1 1.3.6.1.2.1.4.20.1.1
iso.3.6.1.2.1.4.20.1.1.127.0.0.1 = IpAddress: 127.0.0.1
iso.3.6.1.2.1.4.20.1.1.192.168.0.90 = IpAddress: 192.168.0.90
iso.3.6.1.2.1.4.20.1.1.192.168.3.1 = IpAddress: 192.168.3.1
iso.3.6.1.2.1.4.20.1.1.192.168.6.1 = IpAddress: 192.168.6.1
iso.3.6.1.2.1.4.20.1.1.192.168.9.1 = IpAddress: 192.168.9.1
iso.3.6.1.2.1.4.20.1.1.192.168.11.1 = IpAddress: 192.168.11.1
iso.3.6.1.2.1.4.20.1.1.192.168.12.1 = IpAddress: 192.168.12.1
iso.3.6.1.2.1.4.20.1.1.192.168.13.1 = IpAddress: 192.168.13.1
iso.3.6.1.2.1.4.20.1.1.192.168.253.3 = IpAddress: 192.168.253.3
So the information is available.
Any idea, what might be the problem ?
As a sideinfo, the GateProtect is connected to an HP 3400cl Switch, which is also scanned.
