We would like to see the ability to exclude email address' from the new ticket creation template. The reason is that our servers are hosted by a 3rd party company. Their system automatically generates tickets to us (Lansweeper helpdesk) for things like network errors, disk errors, etc..... The issue we have is that the email they send us creates a ticket from their ticket system, our New Ticket creation template sends an email to their helpdesk system which opens a ticket in their system and we get stuck in a loop.
