Hello,

We are using the helpdesk api to create, retrieve and display tickets (and its notes). We have two specific requests that could improve our implement :

AddTicket
This method does not allowed us to assign an email as "cc" on the ticket. We are creating some groups tickets and it should be perfect to us to set the user who create the ticket as "cc" on it. Is it possible to add a facultative param to set a email address as "cc" ?

GetNotes
When we get the notes for a specific ticket, it's not possible to distinct external from internal notes. Regarding our collective tickets, we only want to display external notes to users. The purpose is to allow everyone to be aware of the history of an open ticket to avoid duplicate tickets creation.
Is it possible to get the note type (intern/extern) in the results of the method ?
