Is there a [date] tag or similar that I can use on the initial Ticket Creation (Sent to user) that is only used once to stamp when it was sent in that way my end user can reference when they sent it in easier? I am looking for a static one time date tag that will be used in all my templates that my end users see that reference the date and time they initially sent in their help ticket.
I'd like to see something like [ticketcreatedateandtime] or something.
Is there also a tag to link to the portal page of the ticket? [ticketportalurl] like that?
