Hi, is it possible to add user domain validation to access to the web console? I don't want that any user can access to the web console Sorry for my english Thanks.
Yes, important, I forgot to mention it. (it's in the new documentation) You need the dotnet framework 2.0 (with the latest updates) Easiest way is to install from windows update site
The service don´t start after the upgrade. I delete the service and install it again with the new .exe but the error is: Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion. I have net framework 1.1 (it cames with win2003 srv) with sp1 Any sugestion? Thanks
Thanks. I have to create a new web site in ISS then, i have another application that needs anonymous access in the default website. Another cuestion, to migrate from 1.5 to 2.1 what are the steps to follow? Regards
- Open the IIS management console - Open your website/choose properties - Tab "directory security" - disable anonymous access - Add the correct NTFS permissions to your website's files.
