Yes, important, I forgot to mention it. (it's in the new documentation)
You need the dotnet framework 2.0 (with the latest updates)
Easiest way is to install from windows update site

I delete the service and install it again with the new .exe but the error is:
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
I have net framework 1.1 (it cames with win2003 srv) with sp1
Any sugestion?
Thanks

You need to create a new website (or a new virtual directory)
Upgrade : just replace the executable files.

- Open the IIS management console
- Open your website/choose properties
- Tab "directory security"
- disable anonymous access
- Add the correct NTFS permissions to your website's files.
this should do the trick
