How to change the "Rank" ?

How do I change my rank status in this forum from Freeware user to Premium user ?

To gain access to the Premium Users section of the forum, log into the forum and click “Upgrade your forum status to Premium User”, as shown in the screenshot attached to this post. You will then be prompted to enter your license key.
