I am getting very frustrated that the software that I subscribe is not able to work properly.

1) Put the lsclient.exe in a shared folder accessible to all computers.
2) Make a batch file with the only line being : \\fileserver\share\lsclient.exe lsserver (replace fileserver with the name of your file server, replace lsserver with the name of the server Lansweeper is on)
3) Create a User Policy that runs the batch file on login and apply to all users.
To use the active scanning, refer to the documentation.

Please provide me a detail step by step guide to configure the lansweeper so that I can scan all my inventory. Maybe you can guide me where to do the configuration by using a screen capture.

When you mention same domain, do you it has to be in the same server?

In 3.5.1 (beta is available from forum) this is not required if you use the alternate credentials.
In 3.5 the alternate credentials for not work for not trusted domains.

Currently, I have installed the Lansweeper in a Virtual Server. Not the same server as the AD. After configuring the Active Scan, the system still did not display all the equipments I have in the server.
