HTTP Error 403.18 - Forbidden

I loaded Lansweeper 3.5.2 on my Windows 7 system w/the SQL 2005 DB engine. I was getting an errror trying to launch the website so I then added the IIS components to Windows 7. I am now getting this error "HTTP Error 403.18 - Forbidden" "The specified request cannot be processed in the application pool that is configured for this resource on the Web server"

Not sure that this is the exact problem:
In IIS in windows 7 you have to add the "static content" handler when you install IIS.
