Engaged Sweeper
I have a question is it possible to set the initial ticket status to Waiting for Approval instead of In progress. When we create a ticket via the website the state goes to In Progress before anyone adds notes. Can this be changed to waiting for approval Instead.I looked into Ticket Look/feel but only thing I find is set status once someones adds notes to the ticket.
