I have SNMP turned on for my Cisco devices and it works fine. Is it possible to pull the IP per port to link the port to a device when the MAC isn't available?
Unfortunately this is not possible in Lansweeper. It was decided beforehand not to use the IP address of a device as they are not as unique as a MAC address and could cause Lansweeper to wrongly identify the device connected to the switch port.
