during the installation of lansweeper service configuration it is mention there that "lansweeper service needs an administrative windows account in order to run"...." a domain administrator is recommended".....

in our company we don't use domain admin account to run the lansweeper service, instead we create another administrator account to run the lansweeper service.
we push thru policy for all the machine to have the administrator account we have created, so that the account that used by the lansweeper service will have the same credential on remote machines as an administrator. it works perfectly

now... will the lansweeper work fine if the account to run the lansweeper service is from "power user" group only?

You can give it a try, but we recommend an administrator.

What exactly do you mean with "managing"?
