Issues with Website and Discovery

This was a old issue that got closed. I just reinstalled my whole server from the ground up and having issues getting in to the website from any computer, if i am at the server and click on the website i get in now problem. So that is a little issue. The next question regards scanning. I have tried the connection tester two ways and each have different results just looking for what is going on here.

lsweeper is a Domain Admin, and Administrator to the box.

Lansweeper uses the second one (fqdn)
My guess is that your dns is wrong for this host.

try
ping fqdn-name

try
ping -a "ipaddress from previous test"

most likely the fqdn name is resolving to a wrong IP address.
