Just purchased premium and I need some guidance or assistance.

Hello. I installed LanSweeper 3.52 and bought the premium package. I followed most of the instructions on setting up the premium package and I am not able to see more than 1 computer. Which is where I installed it from. Windows 7 x86 domain member. I didnt setup the lsclient as instructed because I will be using premium.

How do I extract the errorlog file ?

Could you post screenshots of your domain active scanning setup and an extract of your errorlog.txt file please.
