Hi I upgraded lansweeper to 5.0 recently
My old versions were:
Your version
Service version 4.2.0.77
Webconsole version 4033
Database schema 17
After upgrading, I started the webconsole but nothing showed up.
I've attached my installation log below.

Problem resolved by moving the Lansweeper web console from UltiDev to a different web server. There are known bugs in UltiDev, so we no longer recommend using this web server. (IIS Express is now the default for new Lansweeper installations.)
