Hello everybody.

I'm using version 5.0 of Lansweeper Some switches and V1910 or the 2928 Lansweeper does not bring any information.
Is there some setting I should do?

enable http services on the switch and snmp

Please contact support@lansweeper.com and provide us with a screenshot of a connection test performed to a problem switch using the DeviceTester.exe: http://download.lansweeper.com/tools50/DeviceTester.exe
Perform the test on your Lansweeper server, connecting to the device's IP address, and show us the entire test window.
