Lansweeper remote screenshot problem

Using Firefox on Win7x64, when I close the remote screenshot application it throws "Exception EInvalidPointer in module screengrab.exe at 00005019 Invalid pointer operation.".
I am also unable to save the registration key in the app, I think because of the exception.

Downloaded the slightly newer version from support link. Problem still persists unfortunately. We are really going to miss this feature, it was very useful in getting screenshots of dotnet error messages on the users workstations.

Note that we do not actively develop Remote Screengrab anymore.
The software is marked and blocked as "riskware" by most virus scanners.

Also happens on x86 WinXP, error is;
Faulting application screengrab.exe, version 4.0.0.86, faulting module kernel32.dll, version 5.1.2600.6293, fault address 0x00012fd3.
