Hi,

I have installed Lansweeper in the following way

On Win2k server we have : the sql database and webserver

On Win2k3 server we have : the lansweeper service

We have upgraded the license and the website shows this when you check the website, but when checking the Lansweeper service, it still reports that it is in trial mode eg:

Lansweeper service 4.0.0.27

Trial version - Active scanning enabled

Is their anything special I need to do for this to change?

Thanks

Theleanit, please contact us at support@lansweeper.com and provide us with screenshots of the following:
- Your web console landing page.
- How you applied your key to the Home screen of the configuration console. Hit the "View license key" button and show us the full key.

I'm having this problem too. License is Validated but the Trial Version message will not go away.
Does Lansweeper need to contact an external server?
I think my client firewall blocks access outside the LAN, could this be the reason?
If so what is the external server URL we should allow?
Thanks!

I've got exactly the same problem.
I installed Lansweeper on a 2k8 server.
On the configuration utility it says: License validated.
But when I go on the site, it says: Premium Trial version.

on the web console, it reports that the license has been applied, I left the lansweeper server running overnight on the other server and it still shows trial? do I need to restart the service?

It takes up to 15 minutes for this to be active.
