license code not valid

After upgrading to 3.5 I tried to launch report builder and received this message when trying to connect to the DB. I can use SQL express and connect to the server . I copy and pasted the new license key for the upgrade. I am also having problem using the tools on the action screen

Could you post your lansweeperservice.exe.config file and the errorlog.txt file please.

after pasting the licence key an ini file (rep.ini) was created , contents below. This info is on the screen when opening SQL express

I tried you license code with the same build as the report builder and it worked without a problem.
Are you sure that you are connecting to the correct database?

None, in fact I had to copy and paste the license key when downloading the premium tools and had no errors doing that

When you copy/paste the license key did you get any error when you clicked on "validate license"
