We purchased another year of Lansweeper and received our new license key last week. When I enter the new key for lsremote and screengrab it indicates that it is valid till 3/5/2012. However, when I close either one and open it again, it states the license is expired. Any ideas?

That's right, I did. It all came back to me as to why I had that file in there when I read your note. Thanks again.

Do you also have a file "license.txt" in the action folder?
