My scanning of the network is coming along beautifully however when looking at the licensing aspect of the scan I see that it's telling me that I need a license on machines that came installed with the OS, so no license should be needed. What is the license scan looking for?

thanks!

Dennis

You only see the attach button after you made the post.
Lansweeper does not scan licenses, it just shows how many software versions, OS'es are found.
You need to fill in how many licenses that you have.

I do not have an 'Attach' button. I do see a Image button but when I click on it I get this [img][/img]
see screenshot

no matter, so what I am seeing is that there doesn't seem to be a way for this application (yet) to know whether or not a CAL is being used. This scan is showing only 1 software license.
