Hi, i bought Lansweeper Premium and register my product. In the dashboard are the expiration date 28/02/2013 but when i want to use remote control for example said that the product isn't register and close the connection. how do i fix that?
The premium tools (Remote Screenshot, Remote Control and Remote Uninstall) must be registered separately. For info on how to do this, please refer to this knowledge base article.
