1) Is it possible to have a field in a ticket that has a drop down list that is fetched (via web service or other method) from an external source?
Reason: SAP has a list of 'internal orders' that are used to collect costs by project (each project = internal order). If we can link tickets to orders this would be great
2) Is the inverse possible? Can tickets be fetched via an API?
Reason: when we create a SAP transport we should link it to a request for change or a project and i expect these to be in Lansweeper.
