Hello,
I rescan my computer and I still have the problem. But network printer are connected only for my session.
What do you mean about 'as a whole' the printer must be installed for every user on the computer ?

Yes. Printers installed for individual users are not scanned.

- Are you sure your printers are installed for the computer as a whole? Printers installed for individual users are not scanned.
- The problem computer's printer information also hasn't been rescanned since May 13th. Could you hit the Rescan Asset button on the asset page, wait for the "last seen" date listed in the Summary tab to update and see if the issue persists.
