lsservice.exe doesnt appear to listen on the network

Hello,

Got everything installed except the webconsole at this point. The lsservice is running but I don't see 9524 open in a netstat. Also, I cant connect using lsclient 127.0.01. Any ideas? Using SQL 2005 Express, and I enabled tcpip on that side.

If the service can't bind to the port, it "dies".
It's probably a firewall problem.

The account running the lsservice must have rights to run service. Is the account is granted to ?
Be sure no firewall is running on the server.
