Is there a function whereby can mark a software as Unauthorised?
As in the software should not be installed in the environment.

From there we can see how many users have installed unauthorise software in the network.

I believe there is a need to keep reviewing from lansweeper. Asset management is not an one time process.
I think it will be more easier to spot an unauthorised then selecting all authorised software, which includes drivers.
"Unauthorised" can be software which 1 company never purchase. Only the IT guys can know, whom most likely they will also be the ones monitoring the lansweeper?

Anyway, this is my point of view.

Wouldn't it be better if one can mark a software as "Unauthorise" instead?

Imagine a computer with 30 software installed.
Most of them could be Drivers.

Probably only 2 or 3 software could be "Unauthorise"
In order to identity them, I have to mark 20+++ software as "Authorised"
This can be quite tedious.

Maybe the next version can consider this upgrade?

No it won't be better, how would you know if new "unauthorised" software is found on the network?

No, you can only add "authorised software" everything else is considered "not authorised"
